Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 1-3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale, clearance, and custom items cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, undergarments and accessories (e.g., earrings) are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1-3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
